Nose A light aroma of black fruits, boysenberries and forrest floor.
Palate Richly structured, with both fruity and spicy flavours slowly building on the palate. Hints of blueberries, sloe berries, blackcurrant fruit tea and sweet anise create a persistant, and lingering mouthfeel.
Food Pairing Spinach & feta turkey burgers.

Notes Winemaker Klaus Schröder's dream was to create his own wine with a unique and exclusive character. 30% of this Carmenere was aged in 1-3 year old French oak, 70% in stainless steel and unfiltered before bottling.
