Lujan de Cuyo
Luján de Cuyo lies to in the west of the Mendoza Province of Argentina, and contains some of the most optimum vines for growing Argentina's prized Malbec wines. Within Lujan de Cuyo, the Agrelo district is considered one of the most important vineyard districts in Argentina.

High altitudes of up to 3,400 feet above sea level provide outstanding natural conditions for the production of premium wines, with fine-grained sandy soil considered the best in the province. The warm days are naturally offset by quite cool nights with a large diurnal shift. It is this extraordinary variance that contributes and enhances the richness of wine's aromas and flavour. Whilst the rainfall is very minimal there is no shortage of water of the most pristine, clean form, coming from the glacial melts of the Andes.
