Nose A delicate and complex nose, with notes of lemon, rose petal, lychee and Turkish delight.
Palate Rich ginger, nutmeg and elderflower flavours, a lovely grapefruit acidity and hints of soft rose petal and lychee.

Notes Family owned land for over 100 years and planted on rescued land in the early 1980's. Aged in stainless steel with extended time on lees for added texture.
